Who can apply for a SNHS loan?

Our programs are designed to create cultural and economic diversity in our neighborhoods so that the stabilizing effect is long-lasting.

• Eligible applicants can apply as long as they agree to occupy the home as their primary residence.
• Our programs are designed to make homeownership affordable. We offer assistance to Somerset, Wicomico and Worcester County residents.  The home must be owner-occupied for the life of the loan.  Additional restrictions may apply.

Many of our customers who were renting before they bought through SNHS now have payments equal to or lower than what they were paying in rent.
