SNHS Office Update

Our office is closed until May 15, 2020 with staff teleworking. Please call 410.543.4626 with any questions and leave a voicemail where someone will call you back. You can also contact us through Facebook and e-mail. Loan clients should make their payments through the mail and a receipt will be issued accordingly. For those who need to sign documents, an appointment must be scheduled. We are monitoring the communications concerning COVID-19 and will update clients as necessary.

SALISBURY, MD – March 17, 2020 – Salisbury Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc. has been monitoring the current pandemic caused by COVID-19 and aims to retain the integrity of our agency while the government has issued multiple business closings and shutdowns.

Effective immediately, our agency will be closed to the public until April 3, 2020 to maintain the safety of our clients and staff. Please be advised that we will not be conducting in-person homebuyer education group classes or counseling appointments in any capacity. Staff will continue to work on open cases and loan applications via telephone, e-mail and postal mail. Loan clients should make their payments through the mail and a receipt will be issued accordingly. For those who need to sign documents, an appointment must be scheduled. No walk-in’s will be seen. In the event you need to come to the office, please do not bring anyone else with you. Only the person executing documents will be permitted at the appointment.

This policy will remain in place until further recommendations or directives are made from the CDC or State of Maryland. SNHS will update our procedures and communications as needed. Please be sure that we are monitoring the status of COVID-19 and will update our clients via social media, email and/or phone.
