- New Construction
SNHS has a partnership with the Wicomico County Career Technology Education (CTE) program at Parkside High School. This program teaches students various skills that are required to build a home such as HVAC, carpentry, electric work etc… Each skill is then combined to complete a house which is typically placed on a property owned by SNHS and sold to new owner-occupants. Recently completed houses are located on Delaware Avenue and Rose Street in Salisbury.
